17 (The breaks)

If I had to guess, it’s probably been roughly 18 years since I had a car breakdown and I had to have it towed somewhere. Unfortunately I got to relive that experience tonight on my way home from work. Except this time, it wasn’t a 10+ year old car. It’s my less than 1 yr old car that doesn’t even have 9k miles on it. 

Fortunately, I was able to safely get to the side of the interstate when it happened and didn’t have to wait for too long for the tow truck to arrive. Now I just have to wait for the dealership to call me back to say how long it’s going to take them. And from what I’ve read online, I’m not expecting good news. On average I’m hearing it’s taking roughly 2 weeks because the parts are back ordered.
